On Thursday, August 20, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Ms. Suthanya Phuttha and Ms. Chalermkwan Sae-lai, personnel from the Internal Audit Unit, attended training on the new version of the Electronic Office System (e-Office), organized by the Office of Academic Services and Information Technology.
The training aimed to enhance knowledge and understanding of using the new e-Office system, as well as to upgrade information security standards, support digital signing with PKI keys as per the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation's regulations, and add mechanisms to prevent document forgery and allow for traceability of original documents.
In addition, the new e-Office system supports enhanced functionality to facilitate document management and internal communication, making operations more secure and efficient.
