On June 9, 2026, personnel from the Internal Audit Unit participated in a training program on organizational management using OKRs at the Sunanthanusorn Auditorium. Associate Professor Dr. Chutikarn Sriviboon, President of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, presided over the opening ceremony.
The project, organized by the Policy and Planning Division, aimed to help administrators, faculty, and staff from all departments understand the principles and concepts of OKRs management. It also aimed to develop the capabilities of administrators and OKR Champions to set goals and key outcomes aligned with the university's strategy. Dr. Wichai Limpitikranon served as the lecturer.
This training reflects the university's commitment to utilizing modern management tools to develop personnel capabilities and enhance operational efficiency, thereby driving Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University towards becoming a tangible organization of excellence.
