On May 1, 2026, the Internal Audit Office moved forward with its human capital development initiative by sending Mr. Peera Patkotchakorn to participate in the “Digital Transformation Champions” program for the 2026 fiscal year. Held at the Cho Kaew Meeting Room, 5th Floor, Building 31, the program aims to prepare personnel for the organization’s transition into the digital era.

The project is a key component of Key Result (KR) 5.7, which focuses on creating a cohort of "Champions"—tech-savvy change leaders who will serve as the driving force in propelling the university toward becoming a fully digital organization.

Highlights of the Event

  • Opening Ceremony: The event was presided over by Associate Professor Dr. Luedech Girdwichai, Chairman of the University Council.
  • Keynote Address: Dr. Luedech delivered a special lecture titled “Empowering the Future,” emphasizing that Digital Transformation Champions are the essential "cogs" in the machine that will ensure Suan Sunandha stays ahead of global technological shifts.

Expert Insights and Workshops

Participants gained valuable knowledge from distinguished guest speakers:

  • Professor Pol. Capt. Dr. Suchada Sukrong, Director of the Chulalongkorn University School of Integrated Innovation (ScII), presented on “Road to Digital University: The Role of Champions in Driving the Organization.”

  • Dr. Ronnakorn Vaiyavuth, Deputy Director of ScII, led an “Organization Transformation” workshop designed to foster a deep understanding of modern organizational structures and goals.

This initiative reflects the Internal Audit Office's commitment to integrating digital technology into its operations. By doing so, the office aims to enhance transparency, speed, and auditing capabilities, effectively aligning with the university’s concrete policy of becoming a leading digital institution.
