The Internal Audit Office recently participated in a special lecture titled "Defining, Monitoring, and Evaluating Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)" to enhance strategic management skills and elevate operational efficiency in alignment with the organization’s ultimate goals.

The training was attended by high-level executives, with Associate Professor Dr. Chutikarn Sriviboon, President, presiding over the opening ceremony. In her remarks, she emphasized the vital importance of organizational adaptability and transparency as key drivers toward excellence.

The session featured Associate Professor Dr. Luedech Girdwichai, Chairman of the University Council, as the keynote speaker. He shared core principles, conceptual frameworks, and practical strategies for applying OKRs effectively. He highlighted OKRs as a crucial tool for aligning all personnel toward a unified vision and provided valuable guidance on overcoming past operational obstacles.

Held at the Cho Kaew Meeting Room, 5th Floor, Building 31, the event served as a platform for executives and relevant staff to exchange knowledge and gain a deeper understanding of integrating OKRs into their specific roles.

The core takeaway of the session was a shift in organizational culture: moving beyond mere goal-setting to fostering a result-oriented culture that prioritizes outcomes over processes. This transition ensures that every "cog in the machine" is synchronized and moving toward the same strategic destination.
